This dataset shows trees that have been planted since September of 2018 as part of a California Climate Investments Grant Project. Funding for this Project is provided by the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund through the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Urban and Community Forestry Program. The trees included were planted by the City of Long Beach Office of Sustainability or the Department of Development Services "I Dig Long Beach" initiative. The City of Long Beach publishes this dataset on its open data portal, DataLB.
